If that creator is on Faciey and chose to be discoverable, yes — upload the clip and their profile comes back with whatever links they published. If they are not on Faciey, there is nothing to match against.
What video formats work?
Ordinary phone and screen-recording formats are fine. Trimming to the relevant seconds matters more than resolution.
How long can the video be?
Short clips work best. The trimmer exists precisely so you can cut a long recording down to the part containing the person.
Is the video kept?
