What video formats work?
Anything your phone can play — clips saved from social apps, screen recordings and normal camera video all work. You choose the section to scan before it runs.
Does it find everyone in the video?
It finds every distinct face in the frames you selected, then matches those against Faciey profiles. Faces belonging to people who have not joined come back as unmatched — and you can ask to be told if they ever do.
Why does it ask me to trim first?
Scanning every frame of a long video is slow and mostly wasted. Trimming to the seconds that actually contain the person keeps it quick.
Is the video uploaded anywhere permanently?
No. Frames are processed to produce matches and the scan is saved as a session you control — you can delete it whenever you like.
